I recently tried the Tangdi Chicken Dum Pukht Matka Biryani from Itminaan Matka Biryani and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious. The slow cooking process really brought out the flavors of the tender chicken and fragrant rice. The fact that it was only 1/2 KG made it the perfect budget-friendly lunch option for me. The matka (clay pot) presentation was also a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this dish for anyone
