The Imperial Spice has been a nice place, I went there with my friend on that beautiful day this place was suprise with very beautiful interior and amazing jali work.
Yes it was absolutely mesmerizing we enjoyed every bit and I even liked the staff they were warm welcoming and quick service with beautiful presentation of each dish we ate.
Starting from salads the Manager he enlightened me with small secret in the names of salad as when u will combine all the initials of salad written in the menu it will give you the name CAESAR 😂😊
So in salad I loved the most was EUGENIUS🤩 the love for olives crunchy iceberg and lovely Greek feta cheese and the dressing will definitely make you fall in love😋

For the Starters:
🐾Wild Mushroom Cigars with sun dried Tomato Pesto
The crunchy and awesome flavours mouth melting mushrooms and cheese😍
🐾As well as Panko & Wasabi Mushroom they were nice button type fried balls.
For all mushroom lovers😘
For Indian Starter try Paneer Asli Roll with the crispy outer layer of flaxseeds😮 yumm

Main Course:
I was more keen towards Indian options
🐾Dal Makhni a perfect blend of herbs and well cooked with beautiful presentation.
🐾 Signature kofte -e- khass my dear Malai kofta soft sweet balls in dipped gravy 🐼
🐾Nawabi Liptvan Aloo.. Dum aloo in short baby potatoes tossed in nice masala.

Biryani:
🐾Purdah Subz Dum cooked biryani with basmati rice I had a small portion it had awesome aroma and mouth melting flavours 🐨

And don't forget DESSERTS.. TO stay stress away
I loved 🐾 Sun-dried Tomato Ice cream
I never thought such a simple thing can taste so good.
Vanilla ice cream dipped in honey with sun dried Tomato on top. That was outstanding 5/5.
And for the custard lovers do try Gulab Jamun & Custard pudding you will definitely love the floating Gulab Jamun in caramel custard.
