Every paratha is huge, stuffed to the edges and served with onion-cucumber salad, mango pickle, plain curd and tomato chutney. The stuffing in Gobhi Paratha🥞, methi paratha, cheese paratha and other paratha was simple - grated cauliflower, green chillies and coriander – and the paratha was soaked in a healthy dose of butter. The Paneer Paratha was slightly bland in comparison.
We enjoyed eating healthy and stuffed paratha.
