As an ardent biryani lover I look for a few specific things in a biryani. Rice texture should be long and aromatic. Spices should be mild and not too compelling. Tender meat which is juicy and almost falls apart from the bone. The chicken biryani which I got delivered from here, had all the qualities I look for.
