We were at Cervesia ordering for desserts and most of the one’s listed in the menu weren’t available, so chef brought the ‘Chef Special Dessert’. It was basically Frozen Kulfi hidden under a chocolate shell. The kulfi had a tinge of gulkand flavour and was full of raisins. 😍
The chef came in with a fire gun to melt the chocolate shell and release the Icy Cold kulfi hiding underneath. 🌰
For presentation, it was served with Green Apple Jelly cubes that tasted amazing. Shoutout to Cervesia for such a satiating dessert!
