Bikanervala is a manufacturer of Indian sweets and namkeens. It was started by Shyam Sunder Aggarwal who came to Delhi with his brother all the way from Bikaner.
The passion for food and its preparation has run in the Bikanervala family for generations, and the brothers decided to take their training and traditions all the way from Bikaner, Rajasthan to Delhi. In 1950, they set up their first little shop in Chandni Chowk and went on to make their mark in traditional sweets.
