Imagine serving this to a Japanese? A 'deconstructed sushi' with 'wasabi foam'. Luckily, I'm not Japanese and I loved it because who doesn't love salmon?
Tip: don't let them mix the ingredients. Take a little of the tuna and the rice and eat it with the wasabi foam. It tastes much better.
