The foreigner cafe is located in BK Dutta market in Rajouri Garden. It's a small shady place best suited for Hukahs and Cocktails. We bought Magicpin Vouchers and headed towards this place. This pasta was actually very nice with less of veggies. The garlic bread was just toasted in butter. Price was 325 rs. Service was average. Redemption of vouchers was little problematic as the manager said he would redeem only 2 vouchers wherein tnc mentioned that multiple vouchers would get accepted. Somehow after sometime he redeemed our vouchers.
