Lockdown time is perfect time to show your inner master chef👩‍🍳 talent that somewhere hide into my 9:00 to 5:00 job⏱💻.
Easy steps to cook your favourite pasta🥳 with Indian🇮🇳 style :
1) wash your vegetables 🥦(wash everything you bought from market )
2) cut all veggies in small pieces in perfect shape🍴. (Presentation makes food more desirable)
3) boiled pasta for some time🤓 (make sure boiled only 80%)
4) take oil in pen and fried all your veggies🥙 (not overcooked)
5) add Indian spices of your choice🌶 (remember it's a pasta)
6) add your pasta and cook more for sometime⏱ (and dreaming about what come in your plate and go in your tummy)
7) serve in your plate and eat with anything 🤤you love (i preferred tea)
