Dal Bati Churma is a traditional Rajasthani cuisine. Batti is made up of wheat dough and baked in a traditional oven called tandoor and served after greasing it with Ghee along with dal, which is mostly the mixture of several lentils and pulses. The Dal is generally very rich in flavor as it contains ginger, garlic, chili, hing (Asafoetida), Haldi (Turmeric), and coriander. Churma, on the other hand, is sweet in taste, which is made up of wheat, sugar, and ghee.
