Mom's latest preparation is again inspired from Rajasthan. Mango Longee is basically a mango chutney with bite sized pieces of raw mangoes rather than small shreds. It's something that is utterly comforting and a must try for mango lovers! 😍

Mango pieces are cooked with little salt, chilli powder, saunf, onion seeds, mustard seeds, methi seeds and heeng and cooked till I comes to a boil. Jaggery is then added till it melts and everything comes together. Lastly, some chaat masala and black salt are added but do check how much more salt is needed first. Voila, pounce on it!
