Well well this dish will keep you guessing about how exactly it's been prepared or how will it taste. It was flawless, the presentation was superb. It was a soft chunk of Paneer sliced thin, coated with green chutney and then panko fried. Crispy from outside and soft from inside. With just correct marination and masala this dish was a sneak thief for me.
