Egg ghotala
The egg version of pav bhaji, as they fondly call it. Curry was nicely made from onion & tomato base and the spices add right taste to it. This dish was made with mashed boiled eggs and half fried eggs that came along with butter toasted pav jodi. Even though the name is ghotala(confusion), you won't get confused in the flavours of same, rightly cooked and well seasoned. It was topped with onions & boiled egg!
