Unlimited Buffet, Unlimited Feast @OCTANTPIZZA

--Grills
In Grills I tried Tandoori Paneer, the paneer was fresh and soft. It was well marinated with medium spicy yogurt and masala mix and was grilled live in front of me.

--Soup
Tomato Soup & Clear Corn Soup
Tomato one was okay but I liked the clear corn soup more.

--Chinese
-Veg Fried Rice
This was the show stealer. Connected me well with thela style food with respect to taste 😅 as it was made in well better place than a thela. It had good amount of veggies which were crunchy as expected and had nice flavour of garlic and soya sauce

-Veg Manchurian, liked this as well. The mini Manchurian balls were deep fried right and well coated in sauces. They were light sweet and spicy both at same time.

-Noodles, the noodles served were cooked well and seasoned right.

--South Indian
-Dosa
Again dosa was served hot and made live. It was yummy and was served with 2 tempting chutneys.

--Others
-Liked the chaat and khata pani, tikha pani which was served with pani puri. Right seasoning and tempting
-The farshan items like sev, Chana chor, dal, boondi etc served were all fresh and tasty.
-There were around 20 odd Salads served in buffet. All the Salads were extremely delightful and flavoursome. Each one has a distinct seasoning and taste.
-Other snack item like Dhokla and stuff were very good too
