Gajar ka halwa, हाय हाय क्या कहें?
लाजवाब! was the 1st word that came out of my mouth after having a bite of this halwa. It was made with our desi red carrots in desi ghee and was perfectly sweet. They had managed to retain the sweetness of carrots as well. One could make out it's richness by its aroma too. It was garnished with slivers of dry fruits.
