This new year 2021 is all about having enough protein daily. Our Indian diet is inherently deficient in protein and hence it is important to cautiously add protein rich items like chicken, fish, eggs etc in diet. I am doing it as part of my new year resolution. You can also try other vegetarian resources like soy, peanuts, nuts and seeds etc.
