About the dish, this jhol bhel version was the most chatpata crispy corn I've had till date. The crunchy coating was loaded with vivid flavours. It was spicy, tangy, thin crispy. Later, it was seasoned perfectly with sweet & tangy chutney, dash of lemon juice and topped with added savour of pomegranate seeds! Though the dish looked simple it was heavenly delicious and highly addictive!!
