Harbara Hummus, Fondant Potatoes, Chillies
Who would have thought of a hummus made from Harbara? 😋 The dish included Harbara hummus at the bottom with Potato slice and chili lemon vinaigrette as it's flavouring agent. Well, the hummus was nice smooth and the potato was browned right on both sides. It was slight tangy, very mildly spicy, the hummus has smooth texture, the potato had a slight buttery flavour. But I felt the seasoning was a bit less for my palate. Necessary feedback was given to the chef. But, definitely the roasted potato will make you fall for it.
