Had this amazing Salt special sunehri dal with Missi roti and butter naan served with onion and chutney. Black lentils simmered overnight on live charcoal, finished with cream and butter & it had gold glacing on the top. It was so lip-smacking. Best dal Makhani I ever had, and I loved the way they presented it. Flame was light up below the dal. Must try. You will definitely love it. Highly recommended.
