Thai Red Curry Noodle Soup with @feelgoodfoods Potstickers
 
The Recipe:
? 1 Tablespoon olive oil
? 2 Garlic cloves, minced
? 1 Green bell pepper, Cut into thin strips
? 1 Onion, diced
? 3 Tablespoons red curry paste
? 1 Tablespoon freshly grated ginger
? 6 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth
? 1 can coconut milk (13.5-ounce)
? 2 Medium size zucchini, Spiralized (Can be bought pre cut in most produce sections)
? 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
? 1 box of @feelgoodfoods Chicken Potstickers
? 4 Green onions, thinly sliced
? 1/2 Cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
? 1/4 Cup chopped fresh basil leaves
?1 Lime cut into 4 wedges
