India's debutant "Gourmet Luxe" hospitality event at Dome NSCI, led by @Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, aimed to unite wedding planners, caterers, and event companies. The focus was on promoting Pan Indian regional food and positioning India as a premier destination for gourmet food tourism and weddings. Dr. Suhas Awchat MD @Goa Portuguesa group and few industry stalwarts lit the inaugural Diya, sharing visions to promote Indian Gourmet cuisines.
