The festive season has officially begun and this Strawberry Curry Leaf Gin & Tonic is just the perfect pick this holiday season ? Super easy to make and a crowd pleaser, this recipe is for the keeps ✨ I have used glassware from @westsidestores and it’s the perfect addition to the Christmas table and adds the right touch of elegance ?

Ingredients:
✨1/4th cup strawberries
✨1.5 Tbsps sugar
✨2 sprigs of curry leaf
✨30 ml lime juice
✨60 ml Gin
✨125ml tonic
✨Ice

Curry leaves and strawberries to garnish

Process:

- Combine the strawberries, sugar, curry leaves and lime juice and let them sit for 5-10 minutes
- Blend using a hand blender and strain the mix
- Add the syrup to a glass along with ice & gin
- Top it up with tonic, garnish and enjoy!
