Eggless French Lava Toast !!

Can you believe it we made this super yum French toast with chocolate lava Center at home and it’s so easy to make and makes for a perfect breakfast !!

Once you make this, there is no doing back :)

Serves 1
3-4 bread slices
2.5 tbsp custard powder
3/4-1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar/jaggery/honey/maple syrup

For lava
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp coffee powder
1 tbsp jaggery or brown sugar

2 tbsp butter to cook

Mix together custard powder, milk & the sweetener of your choice. Dunk the bread slices in the mixture quick & cook on a hot pan with butter for 2-3 minutes on each side or till golden brown. Stack the bread slices on top of each other & cut a small square from the top bread slice only.

Now, add the leftover custard mixture to the pan with milk mixed with coffee & cook for 2-3 minutes till the mixture thickens. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed

Pour the chocolate milk mixture in the cut out square. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve hot with Feast
