From the moment I stepped in, I was transported into a dreamy realm of Japanese enchantment. The serene beauty of the ambiance and the delicate flavors of the cuisine whisked me straight to Japan.

The charming atmosphere, enhanced by cozy Tatami rooms, provides an intimate dining experience that soothes the soul. The sushi selection is undoubtedly a highlight at Ebisu, but I found myself equally captivated by other tantalizing dishes. One of my favorites was the Satumaimo Korokke, a sweet potato croquette with a delightfully crispy exterior and a soft, subtly sweet filling. It was the perfect start to the meal.
