Requirements
Water - 500 + 500 ml
Chicken 500 grams
Oil 150 grams (groundnut or ghee)
1 medium chopped onion
Procedure
Step 1
Soak rice with 500 ml water
Step 2
Take a pan heat 150 grams oil add 1 medium chopped onion then add GUNDU PALAV MASALA and add 500 grams chicken then add 500 ml of water and stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
After boiling the chicken for 10 minutes low the flame add all the soaked rice along with the water and stir well cook with high flame and after few minutes low the flame and prepare the rice. Delicious GUNDU PALAV is ready to serve..
