Sweet Potato Patty (4 servings):
- 2–3 sweet potatoes
- Teekha Chaska by Faasos
- Homemade butter (for brushing)
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
➡️ On a pan, brush some homemade butter, sprinkle a generous amount of Teekha Chaska, and smash half or one sweet potato (depending on size). Let it caramelize, then repeat on the other side. Top with fresh mozzarella.
✨ How to roast sweet potatoes for max flavour:
Brush some ghee on an iron tawa, place the sweet potatoes on the lowest flame, and cover with a heavy cooking pot. Roast for at least 30 mins, turning occasionally until perfectly charred and soft.
High-Protein Avocado Sauce:
- Teekha Chaska by Faasos
- 1 onion
- 4–6 garlic cloves
- ½ avocado
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Handful of coriander
- 60–70 g Greek yogurt
- 30 g low-fat paneer
- 3–4 green chillies
➡️ Cook onion, garlic, and green chillies with Teekha Chaska, coriander powder, and pepper.
➡️ Once cooled, blend with avocado, paneer, Greek yogurt, salt to taste and coriander leaves into a creamy, high-protein sauce.
Assemble:
Cut one bun into two slices. Add a good amount of avocado sauce, place the sweet potato patty, top with more sauce, and finish with pickled onions, Teekha Chaska, and a crumble of feta and some chilli oil for extra zing! ✨
