Kickboards. Love them and can't do without them! I have been swimming for 34 years and I have used a Kickboard since my Beginner days in 1991 and still use my Speedo board every time I train even now. Pair them with flippers / fins if you are an Advanced or Competitive swimmer for even more gains!
