For our 13th birthday, we tried something playful with the 13th Birthday Blend — a clarified latte that’s bright, smooth, and unexpectedly familiar. ?

Recipe we used:
36g espresso
120g full cream milk
10g lemon concentrate
40g orange juice
30g simple syrup (1:1 sugar & water)
100g water a pinch of salt
filter thrice using pour-over filter paper
