Ingredients:
2 red carrots peeled and chopped
6-8 dates deseeded
1/4 cup paneer
1 cup milk
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Recipe:
Pressure cook chopped carrots, dates, paneer and milk, for two whistles.
Mash the carrot mix.
Cook in a pan till mix dries up.
Add ghee and cardamom and serve hot garnished with nuts.
