● This E-Gift voucher are applicable on HP Pay app.
● Gift vouchers are applicable over and above app discounts.
● Multiple E-Gift vouchers can be clubbed in a single bill untill the balance is exhausted.
● E-Gift voucher is partial redeemable
● The Gift Vouchers is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
● It cannot be returned/refunded once issued.
● The user with the Gift Voucher is deemed the beneficiary.
● Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Instant Gift Voucher before making a purchase.
● Only valid Instant Gift Vouchers at the sole discretion of HPCL shall be accepted for redemption towards HP Pay Wallet recharge of customer.
● HP Pay Insta Gift Voucher should be mapped with the registered mobile number.
● Multiple vouchers can be redeemed at once by customers by adding the vouchers in the wallet.
● Customers with KYC verification have a daily transaction limit of 7,500 and a monthly limit of 30,000. Non-KYC users have a daily limit of 5,000 and a monthly limit of 15,000.
● Once the voucher gets added to the HP Pay wallet balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted.
● No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given. For more details, refer to Terms and Conditions provided on HP Pay App.
● Instant Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
● HPCL or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Instant Gift Voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account.
● HP Pay Wallet will be accepted for payments across all mentioned HPCL Petrol pumps and HP Gas distributorships at its sole discretion.
● Brand may add or remove any brand outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
● If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get activated in 72 hours.
● Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Instant Gift Voucher has been received, the decision of the company shall be final.
