I recently tried the Jain Vegetable Khichdi at Eatfit's Great Indian Khichdi and was instantly impressed. The flavors were spot on and it was served hot and fresh. The dish was made without onion and garlic - a definite plus point for those following dietary restrictions. Definitely a must try!
