● The E-Gift cards can be redeemed for all goods in the Birkenstock India website https://www.birkenstock.in/.
● E-Gift cards can be only purchased through prepaid mode of payment, cash on delivery will not be applicable during the purchase of E-Gift cards.
● E-Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift cards.
● E-Gift cards can be combined with promotional vouchers, but discretion of use remains with Birkenstock India team.
● If the value of the E-Gift cards is not sufficient for an order, the difference would need to be paid with another payment method approved by Birkenstock India (Cash on Delivery is not applicable).
● E-Gift cards that are purchased on Birkenstock Online Shop (www.birkenstock.in) cannot be redeemed at any Birkenstock Offline Stores.
● Customers can redeem upto 5 E-Gift cards at the same time and any remaining balance in the E-Gift cards will be saved for next purchase against the last used gift cards.
● At redemption the E-Gift cards number sent in email to receiver will be validated at Birkenstock India to ensure there is no revocation.
● Any balance remaining in the E-Gift card will be carried over to next purchase.
● The validity of E-Gift cards cannot be extended after the expiry date. If there are any technical issues, please reach out to customer care immediately.
● E-Gift cards cannot be exchanged in the form of cash or monetary transfers.
● Customers having issues with E-Gift cards can reach out to customercare-india@birkenstock.com.
● E-Gift cards are not transferrable to any subsequent users or email ids.
● Birkenstock India is not responsible if a E-Gift cards is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
● In the event of loss of E-Gift cards or has been compromised kindly reach out to customercare-india@birkenstock.com. In such events we shall block the existing card and re-issue another E-Gift cards with the existing value after validating the authenticity of the receiver.
● Products purchased with E-Gift cards follow the same refund/return policy as general orders in the Birkenstock India website.
● In events of product refunds, we will issue the refund into the same E-Gift cards that was used at the time of purchase, refund to any bank accounts will not be possible.
● These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
