I recently visited ENSO - Sourdough Pizza by Nomad and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. I tried their Sourdough Smoked Chicken With Goat Cheese Pizza and it was simply delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and the combination of smoked chicken and goat cheese was a game-changer.
