The ambiance was lacking, with a dull and uninspiring decor that didn't quite match the hype. The service was slow and inattentive, with our server seemingly overwhelmed and forgetting our order not once, but twice. The food was also a letdown. The sandwich I ordered was bland and overpriced for the portion size. The coffee, which I was looking forward to, was lukewarm and lacked flavor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. There are far better options in the area that offer superior food, service, and ambiance. Maybe it's time for this cafe to revamp its menu and service standards. *Tips for Improvement:* - Work on the ambiance to create a more welcoming atmosphere. - Hire more staff or train existing staff to improve service efficiency. - Review the menu and pricing to ensure value for money. - Focus on consistency in food quality and temperature control.
