● This is a Foxtale GV/GC that will be accepted on the website through this https://foxtale.in/. It cannot be returned or refunded once issued.
● This Gift Voucher can be clubbed with existing offers on the website.
● Multiple Gift Vouchers can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
● This Gift Voucher is for multiple use until the balance is exhausted, i.e., partial redemption is allowed.
● The user with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
● The GV/GC can be converted into e-Pay at the holder's convenience.
● After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV/GC is valid for partial redemption, with the balance remaining in the e-Pay account for multiple transactions within the validity period.
● Only valid Foxtale GV/GCs, at the sole discretion of Foxtale, shall be accepted for redemption.
● The Foxtale e-Pay balance must be linked to a registered mobile number.
● The GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
● The Foxtale GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
● The Foxtale GV/GC can be used for eligible purchases of products and services on the Foxtale website.
● Foxtale/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
● Foxtale, GyFTR, or its affiliates are not responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, PIN, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
● Foxtale GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates; Foxtale reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
● In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Foxtale GV/GC, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.
● Any disputes should be referred to the company from where the Foxtale GV/GC has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
● Foxtale/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any time without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
