● EGV can be redeemed only at www.yatra.com.
● EGV is valid for booking of Flights (Domestic/International)
● Hotels (Domestic/International)
● Buses (Domestic)
● Holiday Bookings
● EGV is valid for partial redemption.
● Clubbing of Gift card is not allowed against single transaction.
● Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the EGV value).
● If an EGV is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
● This EGV cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com.
● No additional Discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the EGVs.
● Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
● Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using EGV during booking.
● No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this EGV.
● In case of cancellations, where EGV is valid, amount (as applicable for deducting cancellation, rescheduling and any other charges) will be refunded back to the EGV.
● In case of cancellations, where EGV validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by EGV.
● All the terms and conditions of the EGV as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com as mentioned on the website www.yatra.com and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.
● Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
● Customers can check the balance ONLINE using their EGV Credentials on https://www.woohoo.in/balenq.
● This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.
● E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
● No returns and no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers shipped by woohoo.in. Please check the refund policy at http://www.woohoo.in/faq for further details.
● Gift card cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for the cash.
