● This is a Femmella Gift Voucher/e-Pay that will be accepted on the website www.femmella.com.
● This GV is applicable over and above website discounts.
● Multiple GVs can be clubbed in one bill.
● This GV/e-Pay is valid for multiple use i.e. partial redemption is allowed.
● The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
● After conversion into e-Pay, the GV balance is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
● Orders placed using a GyFTR Voucher or e-Pay balance will be refunded in the form of a Femmella Gift Card, sent to the customers registered email ID.
● Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Femmella shall be accepted for redemption.
● The Femmella e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
● The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
● The Femmella GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
● The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Femmella website.
● Femmella/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
● Femmella, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number, PIN, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
● In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Femmella GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
● Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Femmella GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company?s decision shall be final.
● Femmella/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
