● This GV is redeemable only on the District website or app.
● This GV is applicable over and above website discounts.
● This GV is valid for multiple use i.e. partial redemption is allowed.
● Multiple Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.
● The Gift Card can be purchased on the platform using UPI, credit card, debit card, or internet banking only.
● The purchaser may add the Gift Card to their District Money balance via the Claim option.
● The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be reloaded.
● In case an order is canceled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the original source account.
● All taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues arising from the offer shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
● The purchaser is solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Card. District, Razorpay and magicpin are not liable if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. Once claimed, no refund can be issued.
● Razorpay assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Card and expressly disclaims any liability related thereto.
● Razorpay reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card if purchased fraudulently or if KYC details are incorrect or insufficient as per RBI guidelines, in which case the amount shall be refunded to the original source.
● The purchaser understands that Gift Cards are prepaid payment instruments regulated by the RBI under PPI Master Directions. District and/or Razorpay may share KYC or transaction details with RBI or other authorities as required.
● District will honor blocking requests for Gift Cards only from registered users.
● For any customer grievance, please refer to the policy section on the District platform.
● The purchaser may request revalidation of an expired Gift Card, subject to verification by District and Razorpay as per PPI Master Directions.
● In case of any conflict between these Terms and other terms provided on the platform, these Terms shall prevail.
● Razorpay reserves the right to modify, extend, withdraw, or discontinue the Gift Card and its Terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
● This E-Gift Card is powered by Razorpay .
● E-Gift cards cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
