● This E-Gift voucher can be on the website and app.Flixbus
● Gift vouchers are not applicable over and above website and app discounts.
● Multiple E-Gift vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single bill.
● E-Gift voucher cannot be partial redeemable
● The Gift Vouchers is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
● It cannot be returned/refunded once issued.
● The user with the Gift Voucher is deemed the beneficiary.
● Gift voucher is applicable for Indian users only.
● Only a valid Gift voucher at the sole discretion of FlixBus shall be accepted for redemption.
● The Gift voucher cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
● FlixBus and magicpin is not responsible if the Gift voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
● If Gift voucher gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
● FlixBus and magicpin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
● FlixBus and magicpin is not responsible if the Gift voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
● FlixBus and magicpin, shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the Gift voucher number, pin, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the Gift voucher.
