● This E-Gift voucher can be used participating Tim Hortons outlets.Tim Hortons
● Gift vouchers are applicable over outlet discounts.
● Multiple E-Gift vouchers can be clubbed in a single bill.
● E-Gift voucher can be partial redeemable
● The Gift Vouchers is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
● It cannot be returned/refunded once issued.
● The user with the Gift Voucher is deemed the beneficiary.
● The Gift Voucher can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Tim Hortons outlets.
● The Gift voucher can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
● The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
● After conversion into e-Pay balance, this Gift voucher is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
● Only valid Gift voucher at the sole discretion of Tim Hortons shall be accepted for redemption.
● The Gift voucher cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
● Tim Hortons and magicpin is not responsible if the Gift voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
● If Gift voucher gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
● Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Gift voucher has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
● Tim Horton and magicpin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
● Tim Hortons and magicpin or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the Gift voucher number, pin, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the Gift voucher/e-Pay balance.
● Tim Hortons and magicpin is not responsible if the Gift voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
