Pavilion Mall is undoubtedly beautiful and offers a pleasant shopping environment. I was impressed by the numbers of outlets available, and the mall's commitment to being neat and clean is highly commendable.
​However, I found it to be a little bit crowdy compared to other existing malls in Ludhiana, which can affect the overall comfort level.
​⚠️ A Significant Issue: Security Staff Behavior
​The most negative part of my visit was the interaction with the security staff. Their behavior was not welcoming, and they forced me to delete the pictures I had clicked inside the mall. This policy and the way it was enforced felt intrusive and ruined an otherwise good experience.
​Based on the beautiful facilities, variety of shops, and cleanliness, offset by the crowding and the poor security staff behavior, my overall rating for Pavilion Mall is: 3 out of 5.

Good place to catch a movie. The screens are clear, seats are comfortable, and the location inside the mall is very convenient. Staff is polite and service is smooth. However, the sound quality could be better. Overall, a reliable and clean cinema hall with easy ticket booking and good ambience. 🍿🍹

Small auditorium doesn’t give feel of theatre ad very uncomfortable sitting as for PVT standard. Add on no safety as no one comes to check if people are sitting on their place. I have seen people buying regular ticket ad sitting at premium seat and creating trouble for other people around them.

Very bad n terrible experience watching a movie here. It was not because of PVR but Pavilion Mall Management. We family were gone there to watch a late night show. The first shock was non functional elevator. Security personnel there informed that elevators are turned off at 10:00 pm. Then why you are running shows after 10 pm?
Second Shocker, Even after Rs.150/- as wallet parking, my son was handed over the keys of his car and was asked to bring his car from the parking at his own. What the he'll is this.
Beware of watching late night shows at PVR PAVILION MALL as you could meet the same fate. At least, I will never ever go there.
Yes one good thing I noticed there was, RO water was made available with paper glasses. It's really appreciable.

Very bad experience. The washrooms aren’t clean at all. Audi 5 almost has no volume where mostly the english movies are played. The service is also not that great.

Extremely disappointed with the food service at PVR Cinemas. I placed my order well before the movie started, but no one bothered to serve it until the interval. What’s the point of offering in-seat delivery if customers are left waiting half the movie? The staff didn’t even update or apologize, just kept us waiting.
For the premium prices they charge, the least they could do is ensure timely service. Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience.

All over mall is good but big brands like westside and other was not present in that. But ambience and overall everything. Need to get more food brands there.

At the theatre to watch Dhurandhar . There is a man sitting next to me and he is drunk …sitting with his feet up on the front seat . This is safety of women which matters. Why is there no checking of men’s breath outside , when you are so keen on checking women’s purses at the entry . Eatables nahi aane dene ..but drunk men are allowed . Shame on you ! This is a disaster in making . And mind you there are full families watching the show , WITH KIDS
