Had an amazing experience at [Lenskart Branch adimali]! The staff were incredibly supportive, especially Nissy ,Anand, Anitta,Nrupan knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped me find the perfect lenses and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Highly recommend Lenskart for their outstanding service and quality products!

My experience here was really good. The store has a good collection with plenty of choices, and everything is well arranged. The space inside the store is comfortable, and no one disturbed or pressured me while selecting frames, which I really appreciated. I was able to take my time and choose freely. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a well-maintained Lenskart store.

I would like to sincerely apologize specifically to Mr. Nrupan (and not to any other staff member) from the Lenskart store at Adimali, Idukki, Kerala.

I recently visited the Adimaly shop and placed an order for two glasses. The products were delivered to the Michigan-USA within five days., The quality of the products is excellent, pricing is reasonable, and there is a wide selection of frames. Customer service is commendable, and the optometrist demonstrates great expertise and provides satisfactory explanations.

I have been a regular Lenskart customer for years, and one reason I keep coming back is the professional, friendly, and customer first service at their showrooms. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Adimali branch for a spectacles repair was far from that standard.
The staff member I interacted with came across as dismissive and unprofessional, almost as if he was doing a favor rather than providing a service. This is not the kind of experience I’ve ever had at other Lenskart outlets, where the teams are always warm, courteous, and helpful.

Employees are the face of the brand, and behavior like this can seriously harm Lenskart’s credibility. I truly hope the Adimali showroom takes this feedback seriously and works on bringing its service quality up to the level Lenskart is known for.

Very disappointed with the service at Lenskart Adimali. I ordered my spectacles on Monday and was told I would receive them within 5 days. It’s been much longer now, and I still haven’t received them. No proper updates or follow-ups from their side either. I'm struggling without my specs, and this delay is causing real inconvenience. Definitely not the kind of service I expected. Would not recommend.

Warranty won't be available for sunglasses. Other than that products and collections seemed okey /nice. Better to tryout from here and purchase from Flipkart, Will be available for comparatively lesser price
