I recently tried the Medu Vada at Sankalp and I have to say, it was delicious! As someone who loves spicy food, I was not disappointed with the level of heat in this dish. The vada had a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior that was filled with flavor. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend giving Sankalp a try, especially if you enjoy a good kick of spice in your food
