Useless service, Owner is not interested in selling products…not answering properly

Extremely slow service. Purchasing 2 medicines can take 10-15 minutes!

Delivery Services are non reliable. Excuse given during time emergency requirements aren’t dealt well. and time promised delivery happenes after follow ups are made. Payment links integrated via sms wouldn’t work. When given a feedback, obligatory statements are made which were not informed prior. Service improvement is required.

The shop is really well maintained and the chemists are also very helpful. Infact they use paper bag which is indeed good. Only one thing- for payment they have limited options like- phonepay/cash/card/Paytm (wallet). I think they should keep a scanner which accepts payment from all the payment applications.

Most of important medicines are not available in this pharmacy and you will get only 10 percent discount if have membership.

Person was sleeping at the time of 5 in the morning, even he was not so cooperative and denied to pay online.
I had to make payment to another customer at that time and he paid him through cash.

Bad with customer very dirty I have doctor's paper again refusal to give B tablet and when did you show it to the doctor, tell me his date, this is some valid reason, MD doctor's paper PTA was given, still the argument was very bad, staff please complain to the customer, don't do this with the customer, please request
