I recently dined at Kalol Dining Hall and was pleasantly surprised by their Gujarati Special Thali. As someone who prefers healthy and nutritious options, I was delighted to see a variety of nutritious and well-balanced dishes on their thali. From fresh vegetables to whole grains, everything was prepared with utmost care and in line with my dietary preferences.
