I ordered garlic bread and choco lava cake myself from the Domino’s outlet from the Ranip outlet, but the experience was very disappointing. The food quality was very poor. The garlic bread tasted like it was old and not fresh at all.
The choco lava cake was also not good — the taste was bad and it didn’t feel fresh. I usually expect better quality from Domino’s, but this outlet did not meet expectations.
I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the freshness and overall food quality.

Worst experience!
First time I ordered from this Domino’s from Swiggy, I waited 2 hours for the order, I tried to cancel because it was taking too long but swiggy showed you can’t cancel because order was accepted by restaurant.
I called several times to Domino’s but nobody answered.
Then I waited, suddenly it showed out for delivery, I got relief but guess what, It never got delivered.
I tried connecting with customer service but it was more worse.
So I am writing here a review of this franchise and service.
It’s not about money, it’s about trust but you will receive this in any other manner.
If you continue to do such kind of practices then of course sooner it’s gonna shut down the business.
And I don’t want your any kind of apology like Swiggy. Just letting people know beware of such kind of businesses.

This is the worst dominos pizza shop in the world, which I know. The Atmosphere , the Service , The Food - everything is worst. I don't know why after a lots of bad reviews, Dominos MD/CEO is not taking action on this Franchise Store. Agar aise aise 4-5 store aur khul jayein, to dominos ko apni franchise Pizza Hut ko sell karni pad jayegi.. yaar kuch to achha khilao, or atleast take some knowledge about the reputation of Dominos store and take training of  how to prepare pizza with the ingredients necessary as per the name given.. Ekdam bakwas hai. Don't go in this store.. there are so many option available in New Ranip. I have ordered Ind-Tanduri Paneer (Large) - the worst of ever I have eaten.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 garlic bread from Rajshri New Ranip branch and the outlet manager gave me only 3 oregano and 3 chili flakes. I said why are these 3? I asked a little more from you but the delivery person told me to store give me this 3 items per 1 chill flakes and1 oregano no more extra. You can't get 2 or 3 oregano or chili flakes from domino’s brand. And my second time experience is bad for same outlet first store time and second is online order.

This store is near by me, I went there several times. Yesterday I went to the store and what u found us attached in the images, everything is a mess, even though there was very few customer(1-2) they closed the dining at 10:30. When I conveyed to the staff (Anurag), he misbehaved and started teaching us about rules. I have been in restaurant line since 16 years, never seen such an uneducated, untrained, lofer type of behaviour. At last he said do whatever is in your capabilities.

I recently visited [Domino's new ranip], hoping to enjoy a nice meal, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. I ordered a pizza, and to my absolute shock, I found insects crawling on it. This is not only disgusting but also completely unacceptable for any restaurant.

As if that wasn't bad enough, when I informed the staff about the issue, they were rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the problem with an apology and taking swift action, they acted as if it was no big deal. Their unprofessional and indifferent attitude made the situation even worse.

I left the restaurant feeling upset and dissatisfied. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value cleanliness and good customer service.

Avoid Domino's at all costs. Insects in food and poor staff behavior should not be tolerated anywhere.

Awfull taste of 6 in 1 pizza. We ordered 6 in 1 for rs 999+ tax. Size was small. There was no cheese or veggies in pizza as shown in advertisement and poster. Now domino's is really giving bad taste. It's better to switch on other pizza store. Domino's is just looting people but not giving satisfied taste.

I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience with this Domino’s outlet. Every time I try to place a delivery order, it shows as "not delivering at the moment." Domino’s is known for delivery, so I don’t understand why this outlet even exists if it can’t fulfill basic delivery requests.

On top of that, the service is terrible. The last time I ordered, I specifically asked for 2 Cheese Burst pizzas, but they sent me hand-tossed ones instead. When I called to report the issue, the restaurant manager casually said they would "refund the balance amount." That’s unacceptable—I paid for what I wanted to eat, not a cheaper substitute.

The staff was unhelpful and claimed they were short-staffed, telling me to just eat what was sent. I called multiple times, and when I finally reached someone through the helpline, it only made the experience worse.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and makes some urgent improvements.

This guys may be only survived due to name of Dominos. And once a person visisted this place, might not prefer again. I ordered pizza and garlic bread, baking/oven, not at all properly prepared. You can taste a dough in your mouth. No quality checks as all before deliveeing to customer.

Cleaning is not maintanable and they don't manaitain the inventory. Dining closing time is 11PM but they wrap up dining space at 10:30PM and doesn't allow for dining this happened to me several times. Staff is misbehaving, they don't follow customer first approach.

Worst experience with this dominos franchise. Staff named Pradip Singh denied the order twice on his counter and insists to do online order from the store itself just to make his work easier. If online order is the only way, why should one go there and eat. Better to order online from home itself.Very rude behaviour from the staff there. I think this compliant should reach to the store incharge and dominos head office.
