I recently stumbled upon a gem of a restaurant called I'M Vadapav. Being on the Keto diet, I was delighted to see that they offer Schezwan Vada Pav as one of their options. And let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! The vada was perfectly crispy and the spicy Schezwan sauce added the perfect kick of flavor.
