I recently dined at Lucy Restaurant and was delighted to find that they offer vegan options on their menu. I opted for the Vegetable Chow and it did not disappoint! The dish was packed with fresh and colorful vegetables, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. It's great to see a restaurant catering to those with plant-based preferences. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my fellow vegans. A must-try for anyone looking for delicious vegan
