● This Ajio E-Gift Voucher can be redeemed only at luxe.ajio.com and on the Ajio Mobile App.
● This GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
● Multiple GVs can be clubbed in one bill or added to Ajio Wallet.
● This GV/GC is valid for multiple use i.e. partial redemption is allowed.
● The holder of this GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
● This GV/GC is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
● Expired GV/GCs cannot be revalidated.
● GV/GC cannot be used to purchase other gift cards on Ajio Luxe or related platforms.
● GV/GC must be loaded into the user?s Ajio Wallet as Ajio Cash before redemption. Ajio Luxe Cash is not transferable to any other account or bank account.
● If the value of Eligible Products purchased is less than the GV/GC balance, the remaining amount will stay as Ajio Cash in the holder?s Ajio Wallet for future use within the validity period.
● If the order value exceeds the GV/GC balance, the user must pay the difference through other payment methods.
● Orders placed using the GV/GC are subject to availability of Eligible Products and governed by the Ajio Luxe Platform Terms and policies.
● The customer must protect the GV/GC PIN or number. Ajio/GyFTR is not responsible for misuse due to customer?s fault, and no refund will be issued for such cases.
● Ajio/Pine Labs may cancel a GV/GC without liability if purchased fraudulently or if beneficiary?s KYC details are incorrect or invalid. Funds will be refunded to the source. Accurate information must be provided during purchase, and additional KYC/AML documents might be requested.
● GV/GC are prepaid payment instruments regulated by RBI. Ajio/Pine Labs may be required to share purchaser/redeemer KYC and transaction details with RBI or other statutory authorities and may contact you for such information.
● Ajio and/or GyFTR are not responsible for unauthorized use of the GV/GC. The customer is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the activation code.
● For cancellations, returns, or refunds related to purchases made via GV/GC, refer to the Ajio Luxe Platform ?Cancellation, Return, and Refund? policies or contact Ajio Luxe customer care.
● Ajio/GyFTR/Pine Labs are not liable for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of this GV/GC or Ajio Wallet balance.
● If GV/GC is blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours.
● Ajio Luxe/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
● Any dispute related to GV/GC should be referred to Ajio, and Ajio?s decision shall be final.
● All taxes, duties, levies, or other charges related to redemption of this GV/GC and purchase of Eligible Products shall be borne solely by the holder.
