Well Cleaned maintained floors, But there is no much chair on the floor, if we want to visit jere we must buy chairs for waiting here why because  all the sim related issues it will take too much of time. The worst service center in my locality, with uncultured staff. They dont even deserve a single star rating.
Today.. 07/01/21, I visited them as i had a problem with data topup. Below mentioned is what i could understand from them.....
One staff assisted me and enquired about the problem. Some time later after searching within the Jio app, he left from the store, informing me that he will ne back in 5 minutes. There was no sign of him after waiting for 15 minutes and as there was no other staff interested to interfere, I came back.......This clearly shows their attitude.
They were not at all interested in rectifying a problem from the customer part. The only thing they know is to provide a new sim..

They have attained a lot of customers upto now and gained reputation. They dont care anything now for customers. One thing is for sure..THE END IS NEAR FOR JIO.

The other day I went to this shop to pick up a jio sim duplicate and waited for more than 20 minutes and sat there but there was no response from their side so i went to downstairs .This type of service is affordable to the customer and it is advisable to visit another jio center.
